This song was on an EP called Skiffle Session by Lonnie and his group and there was another EP called Backstairs Session. REAL classic skiffle music at its greatest. I bought them 60 years ago. I've still got them and they're great. The way Lonnie could bend a note has yet to be equalled along with his range. Brilliant !

Does anyone know who his guitarist was during this period? He did some superb work on this, in particular on Whoa Buck (b side of Fort Worth Jail - live version was little licks to die for) yet I can’t find a credit for him anywhere.

@@Rickenbackerglory thanks everso much. If you don’t mind me asking where did you find this info? I’ve got into LD after playing a lot my dad’s old records since he passed last year. He had quite a few old singles I’d not heard in years and they’re fabulous.
