As a Lithuanian, I feel like it's a blessing to have a player like Lonnie come to play to Lithuania. Not in a sense of what he can bring to the team, but more so to help the perspective for the players and kids growing up what it takes to be THAT caliber of a player. We all know Lithuania as a nation sort of fell off from being considered as a top basketball nation, I really do hope Lonnie's visit, however long it might be, will bring positive impact on current and future generations that get to watch him play in Žalgiris. Much respect, great podcast!
