Every item is the pebble (hear me out) It does 1 damage but it has a .5% chance to instant kill the enemy so if he has 20 pebbles it’s a 10% chance to kill the enemy(also I love suffering)

it depends on how its coded but the chance of killing an enemy with 20 pebbles with a 0.5% chance is 1-(1-0.005)^20 = around 0.1, 10%

This should straight up be a modded challenge - Start up with nothing but pyro, chaos and the trinket shiny rock - no item rooms or shops, you only get items from boss rooms - basically, bombing x mark the spot rocks has a guaranteed chance of giving you items... However, what item it is, one never knows - goal... Maybe the lamb, idk

You start with the mind, and your character spawns rocks wherever you walk. I dont remember how, but I know you can make your character create rock paths.
