Beating isaac without moving: Sharp plug for the charges, a teleporter item so you can go to other rooms, placenta for the hp regen. and backpack so you can also have stitches.

I found that if you have Tainted Maggy, any and all melee attacks spawn temporary half hearts. Very useful

The reason it felt like Tlost wasnt working is because his effects stop being applied if he is currently dead. In other words, its Lonslos' skill issue.

In my experience, Azazel has been synonymous with “Health stealer” and nobody plays tainted keeper and sticks around. Tainted Isaac and Tainted lost are still great choices, nothing changed for them.

I haven't really had that bad lag when I play except for like one time, there is also a bit of input delay but I heard that they might be working on that, also this is the beta of the update it's not the final thing
