I don't call Zo an assist point guard but a ball mover. Zo has a 17% usage rate compared to guys who dribble the air out the ball to get their 10 assist. Zo keeps it moving and that's why Magic called Zo the highest IQ player in the league. When Magic said this, many called him crazy but if you watch him play, you will understand where Magic is coming from.

Zo is just so well rounded. He can do it all but the way he passes the ball is next level. No thinking, no hesitation he knows where the ball needs to go and gets it there. If I could play like anybody It would definitely be Zo. Hes the dude everyone wants on they team

The possession at 6:05 is nuts. The way he can direct the team in transition without even having the ball, and see all the steps of a possession all while being aware of everyone else’s location all at full speed is like literal magic.

He’s so in sink with his guys , this is a thing of beauty to watch , like this is beautiful, hea really one of the greats at passing and will go down as one of the best , and he’s great at scoring he can body a few ppl and drive right in and shot honestly he’s the whole package , lavar isn’t wrong , this is the guy I would want starting my franchise with. All these other “stars” r great but u notice it’s just about them , lonzo makes it about everyone , u hear everyone taking about who’s on the team and they know quite a few of the players even if not a fan, where such as mavs u only know luka and his team witch would possibly lose to bulls in a 7 game series just because the chemistry and them making it about one another , it’s awesome

As a die hard laker fan, it's great to see him mature into such an outstanding basketball player! He plays the game like it's 1985 and just shows up with his lunch pail.. He doesn't talk much or make a big deal out of anything… He is a true point guard!

This is the most important season in Lonzo’s career, he can really shift a lot of narratives if he can show why Chicago really needed him. Avg around 15 6 6.5 with All-Defensive Team defense and Chicago finish Top 6 in this stacked East. Put the bust allegations away🔥

Been a fan of Zo since Chino Hills, I think Zo is special and gifted. The way he keeps the ball moving and pacing on offense, absolutely elite point guard and is here to stay in the league for a long time.

That’s crazy how the ball family’s skills go. Lonzo got the Playmaking and Defensive ability. Liangelo got the Shooting/scoring(given the opportunity) ability. And Lamelos got the best of both brothers. The height Playmaking Shooting and scoring a bit of defense basically the perfect package.

Did anybody notice there was no derozan in these highlights. With Zo the ball was being spread around. When he went down it was the half court mid range game derozan show. No fast breaks or easy points.

Lonzo's value he does a lot that does not show in his numbers. The Bulls were not the same team offensively or defensively once he got hurt. They went from a offense that was clicking to a team where Zack Lavine and Demar DeRozan just took turns shooting.
