Asslam u alaikum. Undoubtfully, you brought up a very sensitive topic. But according to my understanding, the root cause of this problem is not only that parents aren't keeping an eye on them. There lies a deeper problem in Tarbiyah and Guidline. While being Muslim, every child should know the boundaries of Allah and the Fear of Allah is only tool which can save them from such traps. Parents should really start from there. Learning and implementing the WORD OF ALLAH SWT in their lives and teaching and helping their kids to keep them on the blessed path. Cuz keeping an eye is not the perfect solution.

Respected Dr Sahib, First I will take you in recent history. Before starting of TV ,a small home has courtyard ( Sahan) ,and verandah. In Punjab Chaupal,Sindh Autaq, KPK and Baluchistan Deirah ,provide a place for solutions of society. After 70 or 80 everything replaced by TV Lounge Now TV Lounge abolished and replaced by cell phone. Everyone has to change accordingly. You can't change this hard reality or dynamics. Parents should adjust according to situation. Family life of One man rule finished. I understand still have certain reservations but Everyone adjust according to his requirements. No one point agenda is possible. Open discussions with in family become inevitable.

Sir, being a father and my kids are around 10 years of age and sometimes I am really worried about how to be a good parent for them. As time goes on it's really difficult to be a good husband because whenever he tries to discipline things for the sake of good, even your spouse will argue why you are setting a time table for everything. This all is because of the wrong use of social media especially if a woman is utilizing it. Because our mothers have made us doctors and engineers. But mothers of nowadays are making their children tik tolkers 😢. As a society, very soon, nobody even from middle or lower middle class men will accept the responsibility of becoming a husband if women and especially mothers will not change their thought process. To be honest, sometimes I have the feeling that women of Pakistan have their mind hacked and their remote control is a social media platform. And like zombies they are just following it without realising. Sir, pls do a video to guide the parents and especially mothers on how to benefit from social media instead of destroying their own kids and generations.
