I've been staying at the View Talay 1 for 10 months now
Thought it was time that I showed you around the grounds

Fantastic video Dave. I didn’t realise you had so many choices within the condo complex itself. Granted; cheaper to go outside but it is so convenient if needed. Prices for a 74m2 condo looked very reasonable and goes to show how you can live there on a fairly humble budget before your spends on entertainment and the like 👍🏻

Just two things if you do book at view talay 1 Thi higher the floor is better And get a room away from threpasit Road it's a bit noisy that side and away from the road you get great views

Dave my daughters have Thai ID cards they are thinking about buying one and refurbished one and I could stay there 1.3 or 1.4 million isn’t bad Dave are they 48 square meters or 34 square meters Dave it’s 10 minutes walk to Jomtiem beach ?

Not many council estates I know of with big Pool, bars/resturants, massage, gym ect all for Pennys infact my council tax alone in the uk is £220 month £70 more than Daves whole rent, Gas/electric another £200.
