Doing a killer job of the father/son bonding... also love that the reward for watching all the way to the end is that you can watch the next ep early, haha.

Enjoying the whole vlog of the Arizona trip! Thanks for linking the videos together. Even if it wasnt intended: You're just awesome and i wholeheartedly enjoyed watching you spending quality time with your son while enjoying the things you love.

I wanted to test out a “binge” option, so I planned to link 4 episodes and see what it does to the algorithm.

Just figured this out now (in episode 2 I saw the link at the end of the video but it was “empty”, maybe a bug in the app) and I am loving that this one is already available. Binge for the win 👌🏻

Tyler, how do pros in America make money? I noticed that there weren’t even any fans. Not even girlfriends at the finish. There’s no publicity. There’s a girl in my area of Southern California and she’s a gravel pro… but she’s never won a race and I’m not sure how she makes any money (or enough to live here) via sponsorship. Gravel races = any fans?
@matthewmyers78265 ай бұрын
Pro does not equal full-time money, it's really just a category in this case. When it comes to 'privateers' in gravel, their marketing value is usually in their social media impact.

I mean you are hugely more of an athlete then me and I've never even done a TT race, but why use such a wide range cassette on a TT bike?
@TheVCAdventures5 ай бұрын
I could have thrown on a smaller cassette but this is my Ultra bike and Ultra events have a wide range of elevation. It doesn’t bother me to have big jumps in gears.

Do you think the 100mi ride with elevation the day before might have affected your time?
@TheVCAdventures5 ай бұрын
No, zero TT training and zero speed work is the majority of it. The big ride probably helped to be honest.

I took an oath to never ever end up racing masters. I find it so cringe and I dont wanna end up like that. So as long as I can be somewhat competitive in the "real" races, I race. If not, well i do more chill stuff. So props for not going for the masters race!
