Total Corruption in the Indian Judiciary Judge not at all listening or examining/ verifying the documents submitted by the Govt. Advocate and favouring the corrupt police officers who have committed the offence and have not issued notice to Police Officers to appear and file Affidavit

This is why military courts should handle cases when it comes to defence personnel. This third rate judiciary which take 15 years to conclude a small land dispute is not fit enough to decide fates of the common people..most judges are rude and don't have the manners to talk to people coming to get justice. I saw a video where the a civilian was standing infront of the judge asking justice and the old judge lectured him on his dress instead ..and they civilian was wearing a simple pant n shirt and i don't know what was wrong in his getup. These judges behave like Gods because they know they are not answerable to anyone. This collegium system is just a left over mindset of the Britishers ways of handling Indians pre independence..Same attitude and same arrogance. I hope a day comes when people of India says enough is enough

The petitioner is wrong and it seems he is clearly delaying and prolonging the case. He seems to know the law well and knows he can abuse the process to challenge all lawyers and judges???

I appreciate the ex srvice man who did a hilarious job of trying to put forth his plea to the court bu court kept on ignoring or refusing to listen to his plea and understand it. When the petitioner is informing that he can wear his medals in such and such places, instead of rejecting it on some basis, only dis pleasure is shown. If it is not allowed then why it was tolerated?
