1/72 is my preferred scale! These look like great kits especially at the price you paid! I used to paint and sell built and painted Esci models on ebay long ago. The only down side to the Esci kits was the tracks, cutting and gluing together the individual track links on the drive sprocket and then the track sections and then lining everything up so there are no gaps! I'm sorry to hear you won't build them.

Nice sets. I just purchased the 3x artillery set ( italeri box) for €20 ! It's such a shame to just stamp on the boxes and throw them into the rubbish bin ! I tend to keep ( flattened) the nicer old boxes. You never know, maybe someone will want them in the future ?
