I really like the John Deere. Please keep it and spec it to the max. The green and yellow are just beautiful. Fun fact the farmers cooperation store in Norway (Felleskjøpet) uses the same colors - so in Norway, John Deere is almost synomous with tractor. If kids draw a tractor in Kindergarten, it's a John Deere

Sheep is great if you make fabrik, a large sheep farm and a fabric process unit and a small grass field easily produce 150.000-200.00 pr year, but without the processing not really worth it.

the spinnery is super worth it if you do cotton and wool. even a small field of cotton and ~120 sheep will supply it constantly. i downloaded a mod for a large sheep field so i have 2x 200 sheep... it's too many ;) i cant get rid of all the wool

In my opinion I think the 8R is the best tractor for the farm because u can upgrade the engine so it is a very high horse power tractor and the John Deere with the mccormick and the masy fergison and jcb that is the best amount of vehicles for the farm btw love the videos

For the realism aspect I cant see him using a wagon. They wouldnt have the traction in real life, yes it works in game but it wouldnt in real life! ( I work in NZ and drive 7230r with a 8furrow plow everyday) a wagon wouldnt stand a chance. Wheels too small and weight distribution all wrong

Yes, the MAN has a PTO. Use the front lifter mod or more realistic, use the trailer to pin-3point convert. You can basically have the FS19 AgriMAN field truck if you want.

Just like people putting PTOs on pickup trucks, or pickups pulling plows/ Tractors are by far better suited for the job. No sense in abusing the physics in Giants. 6:10 Only the outdoor pens need water, the buildings are connected to the water pipes. 9:25 The lorry did much better because you have 500hp vs the tractor with only 250hp. And why would you use a dolly? That makes no sense. 10:45 It's because you have all your implements and machines there, if you spread them out more you'd get less lag. Ihave the same issue when driving through my yard. 21:56 That John Deere got 48 hrs on it, gonna be expencive to keep it in good condition.

Spinnery on distribute and also own a Tailors shop - you generate clothes which make loads of moolah. Grow cotton and have endless supplies for the spinnery.

I find it very endearing how you are holding onto the sheep although it is not the most financially sane decision; it does get more profitable when you go bigger, though. If you just Paint a strip of grass along side yout grass area the worker will automaticly stop at the painted part. Just be sure it is wide enough. But just a little strip of painted grass will prevent the worker cultivaring it up

If you keep the sheep around to age more instead of selling them, they’ll produce more wool as they get older. If you had a large pen, they’d produce over a pallet of wool every day and you can feed that to a spinnery and you’d make some really nice bank off of fabric at least, if you decided to not go further and make clothes. Clothes are also very very lucrative. I say expand the sheep operation!

Giants implementation of seasons appears to miss many of the features in the amazing FS17 Seasons mod - rotting of bales left out in the rain or snow, wet crops which take time to dry after rain, being unable to cultivate frozen soil. Hopefully this will change in a future update, or through the ingenuity of modders.

I know I'm late to comment on this now but just for anyone wondering in future the reason the mergemax windrower is so expensive for what appears to still be a fairly small working width compared to other windrowers is because it has the ability to spit its swath out to the left or right of the machine instead of just down the centre. This means you can run it up a field one direction swathing to the right then turn and run the other direction swathing to the left and it makes one big swath down the middle effectively doubling its working width from 9.5m to 19m! You still need to make as many trips as a similar sized windrowers, but you'll have half the trips with the baler or forage wagon after you're done. It's a pretty neat bit of kit IMO, especially at that price on sale. But the tractor was obvs the one to go for here.

When farming setting is set to Seasonal Restrictions, I have found that the most beneficial crop you can grow is grass and silage. It grows pretty much year around, it doesn't take about a year to grow, doesn't require sowing again after harvesting, and even if you are leasing the equipment, you can still make a profit on the silage.

The reason you’re getting that cultivated texture know as stubble tillage is because you’re using a shallow cultivator .

one other thing is shallow cultivators dont remove the need plow condition but normall cultivators do and the need plow condition has a -15% penalty to crop yield

If you download a mod for any of the "auto loading" trailers you can remove the pallets stuck in the ground. Not the most realistic thing but neither is a pallet getting stuck in the dirt.

Egg pallets fit into that trailer satisfyingly well if you put in 3 pallets longways on the far side of the trailer. Then you can fit something like 5 more pallets rotated 90degrees. The fit in the trailer is snug.

There is a collectable near to where you said there could be one. From the train, you pointed out a hourse to the right. Head across the river (same side of the tarin track as the house) & the collectable is hidden in the forest. It's fairly well hidden within a hallow on a ground level rock formation.

I have had the same issue with pallets getting stuck in the ground. I have always been able to work at it with a telehandler and forks to pry it out of the ground. After getting the forks under it I keep giving it gas and lifting, turning, lowering. Sometimes it's a good fight but I have always won with persistance.

1. It's weird, the times I've used John deere, it's always felt JUST good enough and never overpowered. 2. I would suggest "moving" the sheep pen to where you have your small chicken enclosure. Then putting another full sized coup where the sheep were at. Shouldn't take too much more space should it? 3. I have yet to see many mods and am wondering if there is a program in to put them on sale at points.

Chickens are really profitable as u dont have to feed them much and u can pick up the pallet of eggs with out a machine. The lettuce sells for more than the strawberries and tomatos even though u get more strawberries. On my new farm i made out in a feild i have 2 big greenhouses growing lettuces and 2 large chicken coops. U can hold 350 chickens in each one

You can can count the working width of the merger that was on sale double compared to spinning windrowers. It puts it all to one side and on the way back you put another working width into the same swath, halfing the passes you need to do with the baler.

So the power flow header fits the topliner harvester and is just slightly bigger than the pipe on the harvester form what it seams it can run it fine also i haven't noticed bog down whale running it but it is the biggest i would run due to harvester capacity and pipe length
