Its a nice spot We use to play there as children :D There were vineyards somewhere nearby. Great views , for the summer it will be good to place the caravan under a shadow, because it gets extremely hot. Hopefully you will own it soon so you can start working on it.

I would do regenerative rotational grazing pasture for meat and eggs. It is much less work, you produce high quality animal products, regenerate the land, in natural way.

Chickens and hopefully guinea fowl have got to come really quick as it's set to be a particularly bad year for ticks 😬

​@@outliersbulgaria yeah 😔 it's the only downside to the amazing climate we both have. If you don't get snow or even hard frosts in the winter, ticks in the springtime are sooo much worse!! We had no snow here and 1 frost. Grazers to keep the grass down and loads of birds should really help 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Well we only had 1 hard frost this winter passed. But we've already said, if it gets bad we'll rent another apartment for a couple of months or go to India 😀
