Calorie deficit could work you have to think like you are burning calories everyday as it is. Add a work out to it and ur adding extra calories ur burning all u have to do is make sure ur eating less calories then ur burning. And u can actual do math to see exactly how much u should burn in a workout to burn a pound a day. For example I weigh 137 I’m 5’2 if I burn like 500 calories during a workout and eat like 1700 calories a day I’ll burn a pound a day.
