Great dupe! It looks great on you and the price is right on this one. I agree that the workers who make the Dior bags should be fairly compensated and I am all for improving their working conditions but as I said in the other video, the sweatshop bags do provide income for those who wouldn't have jobs otherwise. My grandmother was employed at a clothing sweatshop and it put food on the table for her and my mom. Food for thought.

I think like with most things the hate for B is largely centered on social media. If I owned some of their bags before the scandal I would still carry them. The money is spent 🤷🏾‍♀️. I like this dupe. In 6 months it won't be popular anymore. In a year we'll all forget it was inspired by B. But you still have a bag you can enjoy. So truth be told my favorite bag of all time is the Nicolas Ghesquière original Moto City bag. After buying them 2005 through 2015 I have 13 of them in a rainbow of colors. And I never stopped nor will I ever stop wearing them. Do I like Demna’s versions? No. Did I ever buy any B since the issues? No, but that’s cause I don’t like Demna’s styles anyways. You do you. Honestly, I feel like Balenciaga should go out of business considering their use of children in the disgusting campaign they had. In my humble opinion Balenciaga could have done their ad campaign in better taste. It was stupid but I think the true blame there should have been with the parents of these minor children. Where were they and why did they approve said photos? You bet if they were my children NOTHING would go to print without my approval. The blame should not solely fall on the fashion house. These are quirky creative people and sometimes they just don't think. I feel like if I lived in your neck of the woods, that we'd be great friends. Same age, same interests, same Gen X references. If I were to carry any Balenciaga around Tampa, no one would care! While I no longer have a Balenciaga bag (sold during the pandemic), I do have the BB pointed boots that I adore and refuse to get rid of. Every company has its issues. Some more serious than others.
