I am a newer collector I never had bratz growing up bc I was a boy so I never felt fully safe to ask for one, but I always loved them and played with my sister’s bratz… Now as an adult I started my collection bc of the designer dolls, and I agree that this is what the brand should do now, the aesthetic of them feels current and on brand for the girlz with a passion for fashion… I love all of the designer dolls but mowalola’s are my favourite I’d say, they are so edgy, cool and elevated I am hoping they restock soon enough in Europe as they sold out in SECONDS (if not I’ll be having them from eBay or smth) Love your content and this was an amazing unboxing video ❤️

I love this collection. I agree with some of the people saying they should have came with a poster. I would love to see more high fashion collabs with doll brands in the future ~ Also love how painless this release was. The dolls were easy to buy and were available on the store websites. Around the time they released, Target had a $25 off $100 purchase so I got a little discount on them which was very nice timing.

A poster would’ve been so cute! The artwork is too good to not have them! And agreed, it seems like Jade has some stock issues but otherwise everything has been much smoother than last year.

That’s a good question! I’d honestly love to style Fianna because it’s been such a long time since we’ve seen her and maybe a random character like Kina or someone to really shake things up!

I think not enough people are asking this, and since you have a direct link with MGA, maybe you could ask them and clarify for the rest of us: If you’re not supposed to wash the doll’s hair with water and/or soap because it might damage the hair permanently, how do they recommend to get out the rock solid gel the ends come with?

I don’t follow their recommended directions and just wash the hair with soap and conditioner. I just wouldn’t recommend washing the bangs since they’re prone to fraying!

@@LookinBratz thanks, I agree and did the same with my 3 girlies, but I’m curious about what MGA put in the official instructions. They must have some reason to advise against washing the hair entirely, but they package them with so much gel. All of mine came rock solid… I’ve bought 2 Jades and 1 Felicia and tbh I have “ruined” all of their hairs trying to get it as straight and long as it looks in the pictures, and three $60 dolls with “imperfect” hair is killing me 😭 To be even more honest, they’re not “ruined” it’s just that I have been unable to achieve the floor-length straight look they have in the stock photos. I boil-washed all their hairs and the fibers appear to have shrunk with the heat (I guess?), so now their hair only reaches half of the platform shoes… 😞

@@vi6ilanteshit Eek, I’m sorry! Boil washing is usually not the best idea for nylon hair because it won’t react well to it, that’s why I just wash with dish soap and condition it. When trying to straighten it, I use a flat iron on the hair when it dries down. Nylon can handle high temperatures and works well with heated tools when it’s dry.

Imo these are the best bratz dolls that have been released in years, I like the y2k thing that they're known for but it's really nice to see them switching up styles for once, they're definetly not what you would expect from a bratz doll and that's probably why I love them so much xD especailly the edgy screenings and the color palette. I also love seeing how much effort and love mowalola put in these designs, to me it is very clear that she was super excited to design them ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Also, sidenote: I never knew how much I needed to see Felicia in a hime haircut until these were released lol.

The Y2K def isn’t bad and I do encourage it a bit, but sometimes it feels overplayed when the brand has so much more potential! 😭 But I do love these dolls so much and the edginess to them! So happy we’re seeing more of this!

lmao omg, they do remind me of the mcdonald’s colors😂😂😂 felicia is like a reverse ronald mcdonald (she has yellow hair and he has red hair and the clothing colors are kinda swapped, she’s a female and he’s a male, etc) lol, i guess she’s like “ronald mcdonald’s wife” or something 😂😂😂i’m just kidding but they kinda match a little bit so i wanted to make that joke😂it would be funny if these jade and felicia dolls were like, promoting mcdonald’s or something lol

I love Felicia but I think they are struggling with her skintone... the holiday one was the right shade but was too light, the mowalola one is a bit darker and more purple :/ I really don't like the new skin tones in general to be honest. Nevra went from having olive undertone to having a netural / more red in her skin tone which takes away from her earthy color palette. But I like how they gave Sasha more saturation. They are so hit and miss for me
