I spent my entire school life in two separate schools (one from Jk to 4th grade, the other from 5th to graduation), both of which only served us students lunches once every blue moon or on very specific or special occasions. Meaning, on a regular, average school day, we were expected to pack our own snacks and lunches. At first, I was a bit jealous of kids who went to schools that served lunches, but looking back, it was definitely a blessing in disguise, at least for us kids😅. It's expecially obvious to me now after watching this vid🤦🏿‍♂️.
