Yes, I have been following you since the Happy Planner Squad. I had that Super Mom planner. I believe the community changed after the changes in leadership at HP and EC. I remember rushing to see the live new product releases. Our lives have changed due to age, pandemic and family. Those changes have now impacted how we spend our time and planning habits.

I'm an OG! I remember waiting on HP to see the new releases and going from store to store hunting for them! Oh, what about the traveling planner that was sent to some of the planner babes! I remember your daughter decorated in it as well. Those were the good old days when the planner community was fun! I've always been a planner babe, but started decorative planning in 2015 with the HP. I still have all of my planners as well. TFS!

I remember all these planner seasons lol. I loved goal getter and I still have my cover because I couldn't let go 😂😂😂 plus we were more creative then too. We did a lot of stuff by hand and now we just buy all the stuff already created. I miss that. Please go live.

I started using a Happy Planner in late 2018, and yours was one of the channels I started following. I was so into all of it…the stickers, the accessories, anything I could hunt down in the craft stores that was for HP, or that I could make work. Always creating special pages etc. Then HP changed, and stores like Michael’s started carrying less of the line. There seemed also to be a shift towards a more neutral and minimal aesthetic, with Etsy and a crop of online shops including yours providing so many more choices. Now I’m still in a disc planner, but it’s a hybrid….all my calendar inserts and dividers are Fancy Plans, cover is Live Love Posh, with other random pages from Janes Agenda etc. My planner style has definitely evolved to mostly functional, very little deco….but I am definitely nostalgic for “the way we were” 😊

I’m so afraid to throw away my old planners but they are taking up space. Not sure what to do with them I moved away from HP for a while but now I am back to HP Classic and actually using all the stickers I bought over the years lol. Not buying anything new though.

The planner community has changed because no one is genuinely planning. By all means plan and make your money (influences/content creators), but PLAN. Happy Planner i find is trending younger. All the emojis, patterns and rainbows on everything doesn't do it for me. Even when they come out with their themed stickerbooks, its almost as though they lost interest half way through the designs.

I remember when you showed that Foxy Fix and Happy Planner set up! I remember buying all of the things! My city has several Hobby Lobby, Michael’s and Joann stores. I would go from store to store looking for stuff. I still use the Happy Planner classic for archiving and memory keeping as well as the budget planner. I haven’t bought any HP stickers in a couple of years. Like someone else commented, our lives have changed and we’re older. I would love a part two!

I wonder if your perspective concerning the "hey day" of The Happy Planner was different because the Squad received items for free, where the consumer had to try and find these items when they were very scarce. Of course, there was a place for the Squad. However, it was problematic. Let us not forget how that Squad had no representation of our community at all for quite some time and there had to be a dang near mutiny to get them to change... ...or it started to feel like we were begging to get representation in the sticker books and certain segments were HIGHLY upset about it when we were "kinda" added. I'll be on the lookout for your chat because as you see, I have some perspectives. 😂

What happened? Many Squad members started businesses because HP did not meet the "needs" of even the consumers closest to them.
