Thing's I want in siege now (from the E3 trailer): the more realistic breach charge physics, the hostage ai being more realistic and can be moved by both teams, and those barricades just rub me the right way (i.e moving throe broken barricades, barricades not braking with a lot of gun fire, and more than three hits, and more).

But that's Ubisoft for you, they had a very bad (and still probably do I suppose, I don't give a shit about their games anymore) habit around 2014 and probably before to make a trailer that very much lied about the actual state of the final product. I mean, most of the time, rearranged assets and enhanced graphics for the sake of the video are fine, but when it comes to making those fake ass "gameplay sequences" that are rehearsed and handcrafted, Ubisoft is king. R6 and The Division are the two worst possible gameplay trailers you could find for that matter.

This honestly looks like siege would be more fun if you could break roofs and move the hostage around and also the older and dustier graphics actually look really cool but it could be hard to see enemy’s with that but overall this is awesome and I still like siege today

How did this game’s Pre-Alpha look so much better than the game does like 8 years after release. I mean… the freaking breach charge actually looked like it morphed to the surface they placed it on. I’ve always wondered how the breaches stay completely flat when you lay them on a window that isn’t flat… Cool to know they originally had that. I hate that they took it out. I hate that they took a lot of the stuff from this trailer out, honestly.

I honestly think that this version of siege looked amazing, and very cinematic. I wish that this was ever accessible. Of course this isn't "real captured gameplay" but I think that being able to actually try this would've been a fun and realistic experience.

This trailer was why I bought Siege back in the early days and got into the game back in its early Alpha stages, even before Closed Beta. Gave up on the game in year 4 after it became little more than a meme of game with its Fortnite tier heroes and abilities.
