What a wonderful treasure you are, dear girl. Normally I don't watch the channels from Vietnam mostly because of the way the animals are treated....barely fed and no space to roam. But I watched with pleasure the way you treat your animals and the pigs are given a huge space to roam....and then you brought the pigs a giant pile of sweet potato greens after harvesting the potatoes...the pigs LOVED the greens and I had a huge smile on my face watching how happy the pigs were and you were having so much fun and smiling too. You are kind and smart and very hard-working and you have many skills...very impressive, dear. I am 70 years old and I still love to work hard in my garden. I am so happy to have found your channel and will continue to follow you. Thank you for caring about the living creatures that God put on this earth to enjoy and treat kindly. Привет, я из России. У нас тоже готовят такие же блюда, только из картошки или кабачков. Разница в тёрке. А ещё врачи говорят, что жареная пища с утра, да ещё и в большом количестве жира - это очень вредно для желудка, а значит и для здоровья. А по рецепту мы кладём муку пшеничную, яйца, соль, специи или лук репчатый в любом виде ( мелко нарезать и можно в сыром виде, можно обжарить - вкус получается разный). Лук кладут обычно в картофельные оладьи.Воду не льём. Натёрла, посолила, выделился сок,если с сырым луком, то добавляешь перед солью, чтобы тоже выделить сок из лука, затем добавила пару яиц, затем муку пару-тройку ложек, в зависимости от густоты. Больше всего любят картофельные оладьи, называют "Драники". Удачи и приятного аппетита.

Tai sao chi phai treo buổi và khoai lang như thế ,lần đau tien tôi moi thay việc nay .Ngoai Bac phong cảnh rất đẹp .Thoi tiết mat hay nong như Saigon .Tôi dan sinh trưởng ở Sài Gòn .Co đi chi đen LaoCai ,ve co đen HaNoi vai hom .ma thoi ..Vườn dat gia dinh tôi bi nhà nước lay mat từ năm 1975 đen gio ,ho đau bao gio tra lại .
