Change of plans? The near Cavite area is actually not viable anymore if you work in Manila due to the traffic. Careful din, you do not want to overstretch your finances. The KZbin algorithm and viewers are also quite fickle.

I think ok naman ang advice not to overstretch the finances. It all depends on sir JM to assess though kung mag-o-overstretch na sya or not. In my case, there was a time I used to also over invest, and my father advised me not to do so. It pays to be a little liquid for emergencies. It would take a bit of time to convert real estate to cash if medical emergencies come up. All in all, I am more like sir JM. I invest in real estate. But I have my reasons. Medyo "magastos" ako, it is best if I put my money somewhere where I could not easily spend it.

I live in Lancaster and drive to Ortigas and it works just fine. The gas price could be something but still better than living in the city I guess. It depends on one's preference really.
