Roles like Vigilante and Trickster usually reject proposal because they can get themselves killed easily. Like if that Vigilante miss fire, they'd kill a townie, get themselves hung and break the Admirer's heart. 3 Town dead just like that.

For Admirer you can do two ways. 1. You can propose to a town preferably a protective role so they can protect you back. If you die they die so protective is preferable. If theres a town power or role that revealed you can propose to them to confirm yourself. They would normally reject. 2. Or you can propose to an evil. If they reject it’s considered suspicious and they normally get lynched. If they accept you get revealed their role. Then you can put their role in their will and if you die (Which is probable) they will get voted. If you get rejected tell town that since you probably found an evil. And yes that vigilante was game-throwing. Report him. Admirer is honestly a very good role.
