As a mum, when looking at houses I’d think of backyard space, spacious areas for kids to play etc; I really loved the one next to the school, the big open windows to see in the backyard too!! Just something to consider if you plan to have a family in any of these homes. I also like the house before that one but couldn’t tell much about the yard.

ROOTING FOR HOUSE #10!!!!!!! Absolutely obsessed with the sky light windows around the house, it gives it a very nice feel to the home and it's a big win because you don't have to spend a lot on electricity.

8:25 is in my opinion the best one. It’s modern, has a beautiful backyard, natural lighting, feels very homey, and it has a lot of blue and plants which add character.

7:20 and 8:25 seem like the best options!! In the end, it'll matter most based on your feelings inside the houses. Regardless of whether you choose one of the bigger 8 bedroom houses or the smaller ones, what matters most are your plans for the future, gut instincts, etc!

I personally love the 8th house with the blue kitchen counter. It looks spacious, has great natural lighting and very simple yet modern. But, the thing with the school next to it, I think that kind of style you are looking for in a house should be somewhere more quiet. Excited to see more, I felt like I am also searching for my house. Being an ✨architect✨in Sims definitely made it harder for me to look for a perfect home. 😆

My favorite is house #6 at 7:11. It's not very big that it lacks that homey feel. It's updated, the interior design is BEAUTIFUL. It gives off that spa-like feel especially in the bathroom. And the best part is you get views everywhere, like, when you go to the balcony it reminds me of those terrace pictures in Europe. Other great ones were houses #7, #8 and #10. I say, God Bless on finding your very first house. I hope that whatever house it is, may you find the peace and joy to call it home.

number 10 was my favorite, it was homey and it was up to date or modern. it had a yard, pool and it had really nice furniture +it looked cool. but all were good and whatever house you both pick I know it will be amazing!

I absolutely love number 8. It brings so much light into the house and the backyard is massive. Especially in winter you will want lots of light. And because Roni likes a pool, because you have so much room you can always add one. And there is heaps of space for Guppy!! 😁😁

I liked 4 and 10, especially 10 or the time stamp 11:25 because it just fit your vibes so well. It would be good with kids. Lots of natural light and you could always build a garage, or buy a shed of some sort to add to the home and make a studio out of it

I really like the houses, well, I kinda agree with Roni that the other houses looks haunted... I'm pretty sure no one wants to live in a house like that. I really like the houses #7, #8, and #10 I love the view plus, the houses has a really bright ambiance.... I love that it's not a modern home yet it's not too outdated.... But whatever house you guys would choose, it will always be the people living there that makes it a home❤

Me and my husband are newly weds and are trapped in renting and it can be frustrating at times. My husband lost his job right after the wedding and we been paying bills just off my income for the past 6 months. My husband just got a great job and we are going to start saving and hopefully by a house in the next few years. Keep working hard and one day you will have a house just like you want.

Personally I do not know the financial situation. However if you have enough money for the houses in the first episode I would say get one. The market is only going up for homes and it’s a good investment and also extremely nice homes to live in. All in all I would’ve picked house number 6 from the first episode. Looking forward to seeing more episodes of your journeys ahead.

I know that doesn't really help because it's still a lot of options to choose from but I like the vibe of those houses and compared to the houses in the last video these houses feel more homey and a place to start off from. Even though we didn't get to see the mystery home, I feel like it was a good house to live in just by Roni saying she likes it.

Notes: dressing a house makes a world of difference. I love grass and light. Good luck. We didn't have too many options so we just bought the worst house on a great street (aka our street has won best street in our town multiple times 😆 not since we moved it though). I wish you luck. The red gate house seemed to have a good structure and might just require some updates, most houses had a combination of old and modern features I think. Good structure, view and how the outside looks are the most important because you can't change it but you can always switch out cabinets, raise door openings etc. You can make any house homey with your interior so I don't think you will have a problem with that. #8 I liked because it seemed spacious with a nice backyard for Guppy, room to have friends over and big kitchen. #9 was nice with a pool but seemed a bit cramped for my taste but it certainly had character

I loved a few houses….. #3-has a lot of character and you both would grow into it . #4-i think this one was nice a lot of room for you both to grow into along with having kids #6-IN LOVE has so much space! Everything looks updated and move in ready. Not much needed to be fix and Aaron fit through all doors and doorways #8 -(blue house) liked how spacious the house and the natural light despite being near the school which can be annoying #10-liked the layout and then you can upgrade (needing studio space as you guys said) All in all you guys found great houses to look at. I really liked #8, the fact that it was right next to a school has its ups and downs. If you were to have kids they could go to the school when they grow up and you wouldn’t even have to drive them, they could just walk. I think you’re definitely right when you said that the homey vibe homes are those with people still living in it, so I’m not sure if we can really factor in the homey vibes. What I have observed tho is that you guys like well lit modern homes. The fixtures can be vintage, but the look is overall modern. I vote for the red gate home #3 because the tour was memorable throughout the video and then for the modern well-lit home I vote for #10.

The architecture on the first house with the pool is beautiful; it's comfy but stylish, kinda like a lived-in art gallery. Oh, and the way they incorporated the extra windows to add more natural lighting was very sleek.

My advice is you might need a backyard for guppy so he can run around and play. And you might want a guest bedroom for like if nessa needs somewhere to stay
