@@amelkilic Same reasons as you. Bosnia feels like home to me, I feel deeply connected to the land of my ancestors. I don't like life in Canada for many reasons and I see a lot of potential in Bosnia.

Glad to hear you’re moving to Bosnia! I also see a lot of potential here but the greatest potential we have as a country is our diaspora that can bring in the skills and knowledge acquired in the west as well as western capital. Yes, our country needs a lot of work to make it function better but we’re slowly progressing. I’m 23, born and raised in Sarajevo and I’ve had the opportunity to travel and work abroad, most recently in the US and have been thinking of leaving for good but seeing people come back gives me hope.

at 3:21min the room looks as big as a cupboard. The living room has a great view, but there is a support beam in the middle of the living room. Whose does a 1.3 million apartment have a support beam in the living room. geez.

@@anco0076 I don't know, but I suggest they ask the architects that built my current place. And figure it out themselves. Or they don't have to. They can just keep building apartments with passive pillars in the living room and see how it all works out for them.

@@amelkilic The city is shifting down that way. For a lot of reasons the older part of the city is going to experience a massive decline and lack of investment. Look at nova Otoka, there is Bingo City Centre there and old town is just a tram ride away.

@@amelkilic Why do you want to live there? I am also Bosnian (Klujc). Whenever I visit I don't see much to do there but drink coffee all day lol. I love to see my family though. I have talked about building a summer home in the mountains. We have the resources and plan for it down the road. I wasn't sure if you were looking to invest in property or live there. I don't see a good ROI in the near future but who knows, Croatia has a strong market. Also I just stumbled on your channel. You seem to be very successful. Do you have a video on your channel you recommend I watch? I am also just getting into an online marketing agency and could use any professional guidance I can get. Do you think I can start this business alone?

Regarding your agency question, I started alone initially as well, so you can definitely do it alone, but with some guidance you'll have a higher success rate. Do you have any clients yet?

Sve je to super , moderno tamo vamo , lokacija Itd . Mene pri kupovini nekretnine Takodje zanima infrastruktura , koja je u lošem stanju . Saobracaj je isto noćna mora , parking nemoguce nać . Zagađenost zraka je možda i ono najgore na pomen Sarajeva ima tu još svašta nešto . Al opet narod to očito ne zanima pri kupovini nekretnine .

Kakve veze ima je li u Sarajevu najmanje ima Sarajlija? Ako pretenduje da bude glavni grad jedne drzave normalno da ce imati veliku fluktuaciju ljudi sa svih strana. Je li u Becu ima najvise Beclija?
