Transfer charges should be fixed by the government and shared equally between buyer and seller. RERA should determine transfer charges

Good information, but ye toh theek hai ki seller ko registrar office mein hi DD mile . Haan ye zarur hai ki same day builder office mein transfer ho and tehsil mein bhi . Zyada se zyada next day ho .

Sir jee , I have done this in dlf , they make you sign the transfer after assignment deed is registered , so no problem in dlf
