I had been to Hainan Island once but to its capital Haikou, not Sanya beach. I found the local Hainanese girls there are generally shorter & darker. Unlike the much taller & fairer Chinese ladies in the north eastern region.

This is modern China in Wuhan, will it be reflected in most parts of China? Is great to see young people to Venture out of the place where lived previously and see how other people live. The possible positive outcomes are they got to save some money, their experiences will help them in their future employment potential, ie well it looks good on their resume. Good luck guys.

Wonderful video! Totally agree! Was in Wuhan in October, 24... my 12th time in Wuhan over last 33 years and every visit we see improvement. In 2024 we noticed the city streets and air were much cleaner. Especially LOVE the light show on the Yangtze river + electric vehicles. Rugamein (Hot dry noodles) are the BEST breakfast ever!!! LOVE Wuhan breakfast!! China is amazing.

Yep I'm surprised to see them on CGTN as well, they probably shouldn't have done this piece for sake of credibility though. There really wasn't a need to make this in the first place, their content is already a pretty accurate portrayal of life in China (with a reasonably good income). I visit frequently for my job and I wouldn't say anything here was incorrect or greatly embellished, but considering the source it's just too hard to trust this.

Back in the Way Back Machine. I am like you, 20 years back, but visiting - Chinese husband, Western woman. The city environment was so clean. The natural environment to any area of significance was disgusting to me. The was so much Litter everywhere, and you would see people do it in very natural environs as you walked to the Significant site you’re all going to. It’s so pleasing to know, that is not the norm anymore.
