9:22 I'd highly recommend this. Reading the Bible from beginning to end has been amazingly eye opening. When you get to the lineage sections, just skim it. Even those parts are interesting tbh. But full on reading from Genesis on has been amazing. I started it this year and we just finished the Old Testament. Old Testament SLAPS! The whole story is just amazing. Not even being churchie about that. It's just an awesome story with a bunch of awesome stories woven throughout it. I've read most of the New Testament already, but now going into it with the whole back story fresh in my mind I can see what Jesus and the others were talking about. Sometimes you feel left in the dust when Jesus says something you have no idea about. It's like hanging out with someone who loves Star Wars and is always quoting it and you never seen any of them. You can be like, yeah I heard about that, but have you tho? The Bible always scared me because I thought it was just going to be a bunch of rules. No It's an epic story like Lord of the Rings or other narratives. But way way way more epic.
