Looking to buy your first Motorhome? Some newbie’s hints and tips…

What lovely people you are to say how lucky you are , I’m sure you’ve both worked hard for Margo and we hope you have some amazing times away in her. Wow! It’s gorgeous it’s absolutely stunning and we have loved loooking around. Also so nice of you to advise re the bed. We had the same issue with our rear island bed in our previous caravan so now have twin fixed beds and a lovely huge rear bathroom. When you look at them empty you don’t realise that once the bedding is on it’s an even tighter space. Love your bedding too. We’ve enjoyed watching you in France and look forward to lots more videos , Vic & Gary xx

Hello from Texas, USA I wish we had quality compact class A motorhomes like that. Everything has big TVs inside and out. Very few choices without a slide out over here. Very nice motorhome you have.

Just put in a double bed better access around and beening closer together mabe more loving will happen 😊 and the centre onsweets are a must love that , gee you poms make some beautiful motor homes 👌

Great MH tour - very much enjoyed it. We have just got out new temp Adria Compact SL (with single longitudinal beds) whilst we wait for our Adria (with central island rear bed) to come in, so your comments re the bed arrangement was very useful - I think we quite like the two single beds actually as this set up seems more versatile if just one of us is travelling with one of our children! Your gin store was also fabulous!!!!

Just watched your other vlog too re dropping son off at college and then Chatsworth! We did exactly the same last week- dropped son off at Loughborogh Uni (he strangely was very embarrassed to be dropped off outside his house in a motorhome!) and then Chatsworth House site for 2 nights in our way back to Leeds! Loved it there (bar the ducks that drove our dog crazy) …..Top tip re always remembering your fridge food- I have one one those net vegetable bags in the bottom on our house fridge with butter and cheese and sauces in etc. Day before we go away, I add extra fridge bits in I’ve bought and I just grab the whole bag as walking out of the door!!!

No we don’t have hab aircon, but think we’ll be ok with a fan if we can keep air circulating. We tend not to use a/c when we are in Cyprus in August as it gets too cold anyway!!!

What an amazing van. That is the largest van I have ever seen in the UK. Does it use gasoline or diesel and what is the mileage? I am a first time watcher and I just subscribed. My wife and I live in Florida. We have one of the large Class A diesel pushers. We definitely enjoy camping. Can't wait to see your adventures. 🙂

Thanks for your support and feedback! It is a reasonably large van but not the biggest in the Uk! It is a diesel 6 speed auto and we get about 28 mpg…
