Well, I posted about the new Jubilation 40 Man while I was at Dubai Airport: www.instagram.... and while there I wasn't sure about it but damn this smell is addictive. I am loving the intensity of this new Amouage Jubilation. Have you tried it yet? It's quite good. Probably my favorite Exceptional Extrait from Amouage. :)

02:16 What makes Jubilation 40 Man an "Exceptional Extrait"?
A fragrance is usually a mix of a concentrate (containing fragrant oils) and an alcoholic base. Some fragrances can also contain a bit of water and additives like liquid UV filters, stabilizers, or colorants. Therefore, fragrances with a higher fragrance concentration contain more perfume oils and less alcohol, and vice-versa. Usually, a higher perfume oil concentration means an increased performance of the fragrance (particularly longer-lasting scent) - but the impact of oil concentration is much more complex and varies depending on each formula.

- Eau de Parfum (EDP) 15% - 20% oils

I just received my sample of jubilation 40 and it’s so good , I really like it , But for 520 dollars it is so expensive , Venba fragrance selling it for 400 dollars , but I am not sure if it is authentic ? I thought I will ask you for your opinion about venga fragrances Thanks

Bought Interlude 56 and Jubilation 40 from Venba. Extremely fast shipping and completely authentic. I had an Interlude 53 sample from luckyscent and tested it along with the bottle from Venba. Exact same scent!

In other words, it doesn't smell like the OG Jubilation. I think everyone wants Jubilation but with better performance. No one asked for a different smelling Jubilation.

This was probably my most anticipated release of the year. Ever since Black Iris, it was my hope Jubi would eventually get a flanker. Always been a sort of traditional January 1st frag for me, so you can imagine my excitement. Sounds like there are enough changes not to be redundant. 🤔 But I'll be testing it for myself to be sure. Definitely think the bottle is nicer.

Amouage jubilation previously with white cap and this new jubilation 40 they have same dry down opening is a little different only because of that extrait version is more stronger but amazingly previous version of jubilation opening blast is awesome too but I love the way jubilation 40 smells specially dry down ❤

Knowing fully well that Jubilation xxv was really good for me but it doesn’t last long on my skin. I will make sure I buy this because it has 40% oil concentration. I just need someone to tell me how strong it is. I don’t want to blind buy it.

Its a nuke Silage is pretty strong for at least 3-4 hours and then sticks to skin for 14+

Jubilation xxv is a masterpiece, reformulated or not, in cold weather, it shines. My problem is Galaxolide, in high concentration, one of the cheapest musks... I'll keep one botle, though. Can't call Galaxolide or anything containing it "Exceptional Oils" no matter the concentration.

I had terrible luck with XXV also. A bad bottle, made in Oman, but just - disappeared after an hour. Then I tried multiple samples, all of them were pretty short-lasting and quiet. I've been sampling J40 and I'm loving it so far. I definitely get the camphorous effect from the rosemary - a bottle might be on the cards. A woody chypre indeed.

The original Jubilation was amazing-rich, dense, and truly felt like a king's fragrance. Unfortunately, the newer reformulated version lacks the richness of the original release, although it is still a wonderful perfume. Not buying a full bottle after I tested the original one remains one of my biggest regrets :). I haven't had the chance to smell the extrait version yet, but I hope I can have a similar experience to the one I had with the original formulation.

Great video Sebastian, haven't got my nose on Jubilation 40 . You know from what Fragrance I get this Vicks Accord from . I get it from Rogue's Mousse Illuminee old bottles and it's one of the things that I love about the fragrence. So I can't wait to put my nose on this fragrance.

Really curious about this one, will try to smell it asap. I have commented already somewhere else, that imho Vicks Vaporub is in fact a sort of cream-based "fragrance" of its own. Even if medicinal, it's potent, an effortless room-filler, and can even overpower pretty much any other smell. I love its smell, so any fragrance that has any Vick Vaporub vibe must be onto something.

Would you say the Vicks Vapor rub smell is similar to Layton? Now my bottle of Layton has macerated, that Vicks smell has calmed down.

I own Jubilation xxv and Overture. They are very dissimilar. If you enjoy Interlude, then you will like Overture. If not, Jubilation xxv is a better choice.

So who must i believe Sebastian. You or Ramsey who is a regular wearer of jubilation 25 and says that it is a shame that they have made this jubilation 40 which has according to him a offputting opening from bayrum? I personally did not smell the jub. 40 so i van not say which one is better. The only thing i can agree with ramsey is that since amouage has a new creative director the launches of New perfumes are no improvement . I like the Journey epic lyric dia gold much more than the fragrances they launched the last few years like meander purpose etc. I personally like the older collections under the formeren creative director more than the new creations which are to my opinion commercial moneymaking

I have a newest batch of jubilation xxv. Definitely not on par with the previous vintage (white cap) formulation & after that. It's still smells nice, but concentration is toned down by a lot! No suprises since they're going to release this 40.

By Allah, that smells nothing like Vicks vaporub. Vicks is mint! If anything that smells like a sauna. Very eucalyptus which is used in rich saunas to clean your sinus and body of germs 🦠 and bacteria. Good eucalyptus is also very expensive. This beautiful fragrance doesn’t smell minty!
