Yeah, an often ignored thing about angel figures is that they don't have to be innocent little babies just because they serve the force/s of ultimate goodness. Nowhere in these descriptions are there a specific requirement to have the personality of a cuddly, inoffensive lil guy. That kind of thing could help if your job involves interacting with mortals on the regular, like our wish granting dragon here, but that's nothing in the grand scheme of things. All that really matters on the more cosmic scale is that your *actions* serve the force you're aligned to. That's how you get figures like Panty & Stocking, for example. Apparently heavenly beings that are so crass and ill tempered, you can't help but wonder if there's been some kind of mistake! At the end of the day though, even those misfits manage to serve the greater good, every time. Fwench Fwy is a pretty light case compared to those two, but they definitely aren't just a squishy little fellow, either. They've shown a capacity for cruelty and self righteousness in the past as well as this very short... and we can't forget their "burnt" shenanigans with their beloved counterpartner, that's pure seductive mischief right there! And I think that's what I like most about them- that despite being from the cosmic equivalent of an HR department, they manage to keep some sass and authority in their bearing. Good wish dragon 🐉
