The pattern includes a coloring sheet so that the recipient and decide and the colors for the dress and hair. You don't need it to need the doll - it's just a fun extra. If you want a thicker doll you could use the whole way around the loom instead of 16 pegs right?

@LoomaHat6 жыл бұрын
Yea - it really depends on the knitter. I have ADD so I really don't like answering this question to much. My mind wonders badly when I knit - I can spend as much as an hour totally distracted. Sounds funny - but I wish it weren't true. To give you a reasonable time for regular people I would say about 2 hours / beginners maybe 4. I hope that helps some

I really love dolls! I want to make some dolls for our battered women's shelter. Do you have a pattern that would make a similar doll but would be bigger? I think little girls need something a little bit bigger doll to hug especially during hard times. I'm a sissy and I like to do everything in erap. The other knitting stitches sort of bother me. Do you know of any patterns like that or do you have some? Also I had a little trouble going to the site to get a printable pattern. I don't really know how to do that. Thank you so much for your help. You do a great job of teaching!
@LoomaHat6 жыл бұрын
Hi Cookie - I'm not a fan of the eWrap - especially for dolls but if you use it, knit with 2 or even three strands as one. If you do that you will get a larger doll. By the way - I do plan on having a larger doll later this year. As for printing from my site - the site is content protected for a lot of reasons but you can not print from the site you can only read - sorry. I plan to do a video on the list of issues why I decided to do that. Here is a video on knitting with 2 strands as one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmHFip-Fj7llppY

Hello, I have a 24-pin loom, but it's bigger than yours (20cm). I tried to make this little doll but it did not work. To give you an idea, how many centimeters is your loom? The most influence in the work: the amount of pins or the size of the loom itself? Sorry for some mistake. I am using a translator.
@LoomaHat5 жыл бұрын
Hi Sara! The size of the loom is going to have a bigger impact than the number of pegs. My loom is 12.7cm in diameter
@eliottenney49976 жыл бұрын
Why does my row fifteen end on the opposite side as yours? I've done this three times and I end on the other side. I start knitting row ten flat,right? I wish you had this one as a written pattern,usually I do better visually but not this time. Ugh! I'll figure it out, love the doll and I can't wait to finish one. Thanks for your videos they have helped me so much. I would love to see a messy bun hat video,the other ones I've found don't work out well.
@LoomaHat6 жыл бұрын
Hi Sandra - the written pattern will be available once I post part 2 but I would not concern myself to much with which side you end up at the end of a row - that has no effect on the end product. It's not that kind of pattern - so all you have to worry about is having fun with the project. What say you ? : )
@eliottenney49976 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for the reply, I won't worry about which side I'm on! Looking forward to part two.
