If I mase one big enough will it be durable and sturdy enough to hold all the boye looms and some small cindwood ones if I used double strands and about 15 panels

tammy faloon double strands and a thicker yarn will make it a lot stronger. i would make the shoulder strap wider as well.

Yes. but you will need to double up on the yarn or use a thicker yarn so it is not too loose of a weave

I used a 30 peg Boye loom. Narrower than this video but good size for an evening bag.
