In looney tunes Daffy Duck and porky pig are both hands down my two favourite looney tunes characters of all time Daffy is my first favourite looney tunes while porky is my second favourite looney tune and in case you didn't know before bugs bunny and all the other looney tunes porky pig and Daffy Duck were the original looney tunes and Warner brothers two central stars and in the Day the earth blew up a looney tunes movie porky and Daffy are the perfect protagonist for this movie and here why because Daffy and porky we've seen these two either duo in the classic looney tunes cartoon shorts including the ones directed by Robert McKenzie Bob clampett and Chuck Jones but not only have we seen them as a duo in the shorts but we've also seen these two as a duo in TV shows like Duck Dodgers the looney tunes show new looney tunes and looney tunes cartoons and I'm really excited for this movie when it comes out and also I really do hope this movie wins an Oscar and I'm rooting for it 🙌🎉❤

1:55 - That will all come down if and the big *IF* _Inside Out 2_ will win the Golden Globe, the BAFTA and the Annie Award for Best Animated Feature followed by the Oscar. Most animated sequels of animated films (except Toy Story 3-4) rarely win the Academy Award for Best Animated feature considering that _Shrek 2, Incredibles 2,_ and now _Across the Spider-Verse_ didn’t win the Oscar for Best Animated Feature despite their first films winning the Oscar. Secondly the BAFTA’s for Best Animated feature wins are usually 85%-90% accurate on predicting on winning the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature considering in the last 4-5 years, _Soul, Encanto, Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio,_ and _The Boy and the Heron_ which won the BAFTA end up winning the Oscar for Best Animated Feature.

And what's really interesting is that the latest Lord of the rings film shall be a milestone for WB's libeup by being officially the 20th animated motion picture

It would have to be SO GOOD the movie itself to even get a oscar nomination for sure, the oscars are like for very prestige movies, but i hadn’t seen like anything groundbreaking for a looney tunes movie just yet, and also there is SO MUCH competition that i feel like if it was nominated it would end up crashing and burning Agaisnt other competing films like Inside Out 2 i even heard Wicked might get something out of it i am not sure if it is nominated just yet though, i am not exactly sure why Moana 2 is nominated i am not sure on why that is, i do think though that Mufasa even though it’s a live action movie could get an Oscar nomination. But i do see like ethier Mufasa or Inside Out 2 winning like an Oscar and Inside Out 2 come on, it is such an incredible film.

That sounds like a pretty good W. I don't know it would be enough to save WB from being bought out by Amazon. It would consolidate the entire MGM library into one company, though. I'd be glad with that. A bit of a late-centennial present for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (or, more specifically Amazon MGM Studios).

I could be wrong and I'm not too familiar with most of the indie films listed here, but if I have to predict the nominations for best-animated film for this Oscars show, I would say Inside Out 2, The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie, Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, Moana 2 and Memoir of a Snail.

Hmmm…I can see the film being at least nominated for Best Animated Feature but that’s about as far as I’m willing to go with this. Everyone already knows that this year the category will be a Mexican standoff between Inside Out 2 and Wild Robot, both of which have such an equal chance of winning that I have no clue who I’m gonna bet on when the time comes to do so. So yeah, I’ll be fine with Day the Earth Blew Up being nominated but I can tell pretty well where the category’s going this year. Once again though, a nomination would still be nice and I hope most of us will be cool with at least a nomination. And if it doesn’t get nominated this year, then there’s always next year because that’s when it actually releases in theatres in America (not that that’s a requirement for the Oscars)

As long as animation are still actually respected in Oscars, doesnt matter who wins in my book since there were a LOT to choose from this year (ie: Wild Robot, Inside Out 2, Ultraman Rising, etc), But I do hope this movie gets nominated. Its the only 2d animated film at least the one i think of which is a bonus

Hollywood has been hesitant to return to traditional animation. They’re all just waiting for one studio to experiment with it and have a hit. If this is a hit, it’s likely that the studios will be more open to going back to traditional for sporadic projects. Will this movie destroy the box-office? Unfortunately, very unlikely.

Highly unlikely. The Oscars are usually strongly biased towards Pixar, and Inside Out 2 was a big hit. The Academy voters aren't even required to watch all movies of the animated category to vote.
