If one said to me, that Jean Michel Jarre made this track I would have believed it back in the day when I first heard it. It's that melodic, melancholic, no need of anthem-like sound you just described.

I cannot even begin to describe the specialty of this track , Written and produced by Robert Scilatti. IMHO Some of the best trance was released just before 2K.
