well I got your proposed file structure however I still get a "Error no file named pytorch_model.bin, model.safetensors, tf_model.h5, model.ckpt.index or flax_model.msgpack found in directory M:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\easyanimate\common" what am I missing ? thanks in advance

maybe the download renamed some files, i found that when i downloaded from huggingface, it might add a word in front of the files. check the structure to make sure the filenames are matching. remember you don't need the /transformers/ folder from the main repo, that will only have the easyanimate model. i can help you more on discord if you can catch me there :D

thanks for this! Set everything up, with correct folder structure, names etc. but I always get the message that negative and positive inputs are missing.. Any idea why that could be? thanks again!

yes, i think if you trace the connection backwards it might show something is missing? i would look at the conditioning connections. I'll make a note to revisit this workflow for an age check. sometimes things get changed and require the workflows be re-done.
