Looping lines / strokes After Effects Tutorial

for 2 days , i've been searching for "how to loop a trim path" i wanted to make a kinda smoke with strokes , but i couldn't repeat it and trick was to make a composition out of the whole thing and then repeat the composition ! :) , tnx A LOT your tutorial was so helpful :D

How might I go about doing this for a previously created logo, since it doesn't have a stroke?

When you have a vector based logo you can create shapes out of this in After Effects (AE). In this shape you can add a stroke and animate it like I did in my example. If your logo is a pixel based logo I would recommend to use Illustrator to vectorise the logo. Or you can create a shape by hand with the pen tool in AE. I hope this answers your question. Other wise let me know what don't work.

please help me brother ! i need a solution, to make a loop on trim paths, i fail with the continue the path and making a smooth automatic expression loop,...in my komp, the trim path walks around a rectangle mask and stops, but i need this stoke to be looped the whole komp (1 min)...why loop dosent work,....it looks that the path from the rectangle is readed one time, and then off, i need AE to say that he just use the path alltime, ...but i dont kno how....man im tired searching months for this simple solution, thanks gn8
