wushu will also help as well. all of my friends who are trickers started with some form of martial atrs before they went into tricking. i did some martial arts for a bit and my friends asked me if i wanted to trick. i said sure why not.now i loooove it. nowhere close to the pros but i will keep trying!!! u don't really need martial arts or gymnastics but, it will help a lot. just don't be afriad of falling a few times trying to get ur tricks

Tornado kicks are used a bit, more in tae kwon do tournaments when all they do it kick, but other stuff like 540 kicks, and the twisting kicks and stuff used in this video would almost always miss
