Really cool to see the collaboration with Vial works so well. The editing is great, and a much needed level-up in the RS3 creator scene. I do wish the gear explanation was shorter in a Loot video though, as I got the impression this was mainly a showcase rather than a guide of sorts. Coming from you, this means a lot! Missing what you brought to RS3 was a big part in why I started making these. I'm not sure what the perfect balance is between guide/showcase yet, because if I focus more on 1, all the comments will ask about the other. At least I put timestamps for people to find what they want, but I'm still not certain what the best balance is I should also say, All the 3D work is done by me personally (in fact all the work on this whole video). vial did 1 scene in the arch-glacor video, but I haven't wanted to bother him with my growing ambitions since then.

@@IronAraxxor Ah, my bad! I saw the Glacor shot and what seemed to be the intro in Vials timeline, so I assumed it was a collaboration with him. Really cool you're creating them yourself! Yeah, the balancing can be problematic. I have trouble with it too some times, to find out what needs to be said versus what can be cut. Personally I find that adding a hook early on in the video is a good way to start high and then build towards the main event of the video, like the Hollywood model. Considering the title says it's a loot video and the first half is explaining gear gets me a bit confused as a viewer... Maybe in similar video in the future, you could start with a fast-ish paced segment of about 30-60 seconds explaining what went into the project? The time it took, the effort you went through. Where you can then say that before you're showing the end results, you want to show the viewer what you were wearing if they ever want to try for themselves. Idk, not trying to turn this into a workshop hehe. You're doing great and it's only going up from here. :-D

I'll see how I can implement it in the future, while still covering everything I think viewers will find useful! as you said, adding an overview section, and maybe swapping around loot & guide portions could be something to try.

the kinetic cyclone is better than the oldak coil because it gives you vamp scrimshaw heals since it's melee also, even though you can't use summoning familiars, you can use a legendary pet to pick up items for you appreciate the quality videos

Great video! One note on the setup: you can use a combination of cryptbloom helm and boots with vestments of havoc top and bottom to keep both set effects and maintain high bonuses from the armour. It's especially useful for mainscape players because those can be sold later if players want to, while tmw is untradeable.

Great point! I kinda didn't even know TMW was untradeable, haven't used the GE since before that came out. I do wonder how that setup compares to full melee armor I use though in terms of kc/hour & accuracy
