LOOTd man I have one and I really enjoy it. It has a really really cool sound the cheap ones are 20 I have one of those and one made out of Gord that was about 90 bucks. The plastic one for 20 is good enough to have fun with it. Have you looked at a erhu they are super cool and then you have ocarinas those are cool electric kazoos lol those exist as well. So many man .

That's subjective. A left hander would probably be more comfortable that way, or if you just did it that way from the start unknowingly (or knowingly) you would learn that way. Musical instruments don't exactly come with rule books, you just do it.

@@greekfire7980 I know this is very late, but I started with a 60 bass and it has served me well. You can start with 120 but it might be a bit overwhelming. 60 bass has basically everything you need. Good luck!

Just watched an adult playing one of these and he just put his thumb through the strap on the bass side. Bass should be on your left by the way unless you're left handed. It might be useful for someone thinking of trying out a melodeon without spending hundreds of pounds.

I have one of these accordions. The main problem is that it each key plays a different note blowing in compared to blowing out. If you see my channel, you can watch my video of me struggling to play it for that reason.
