Hello random stranger on the internet, this is for you, If you are working, take a break you need it, grab some tea and cookies/biscuits and sit next to the window if it is raining or not, enjoy yourself, think happy thoughts. YOU DESERVED THIS BREAK! If you are angry and need to calm down, get a piece of paper and a pen, write down everything you feel, then cross it out/scribble on it/ crunch it up/ step on it. YOU CAN GET THE STRESS OUT!! If you are sad, cry, CRY THOSE TEARS THAT NEED TO ROLL OUT! There is no one there stopping you, if you don't want to or can't, wash your face, take a bath (if you feel like it), grab water or tea with a snack, and think. if not then grab some paper, get colouring pencils or pens, and colour/draw out your feelings, or write them down and burn it/ crunch it up/ step on it/ scribble it. YOU CHOOSE, DON'T LET YOUR EMOTIONS GET THE BEST OF YOU If you are going to start working, grab a drink and snacks open study/lofi music, get your paper and pens, grab your books, don't forget your laptop/ device you work on, and just start.
