Better falling asleep, Temazepam has a real issue with its onset otherwise it would be a pretty perfect medicine for me, and I avoid stimulants, so caffeine at 100mg will reverse the hypnotic effects, 25mg is where I am comfortable from some pure chocolate button cold presses for nutrition, always irritates me because usually we have easier access to caffeine than benzodiazepines, Nitrazepam caused sleep paralysis in doses higher than 5mg and clonazepam at 4mg range so should not be common but was present as a side effect with increased dose (though who needs 4mg of clonazepam?) my doctor was chill with me suddenly stopping my Temazepam and Diazepam I was prescribed since 17 until around 27 when I spent 2 years without but taking lots of liver toxic heavy plant gabaergic compounds and have been shifting back now and is scares me seeing a doctor, you sound like a man who wants too teach and help but doctors are horrible racist toward ginger children and adult, its so bizar giving the world narrative
