The card is very cool and has incredible art both for its normal and enchanted versions, unfortunately I don't think the card is very good.

Wouldnt the 2nd aladdin be in the 2nd tier according to your logic, bc its only good if you need it for the other one?

I'm assuming you mean the second Emerald Aladdin. In my opinion, if you are in Ruby you should be playing the Shift Aladdin, and if you are playing the Shift Aladdin, you should also be in Emerald just for the ward Aladdin. The ability to guarantee that your Shift goes through is too valuable in certain matchups that you have to have really good reasons not to just already be in Emerald.

I have to play this at 75% speed to catch everything you’re saying. You speak soooooo fast - but have great things to say. Turn it down to like 9 on the speed scale and we got something here!

I don't think stampede is a great as you think because the target has to already be damaged. Also you put the ruby 1 cost Minnie as bottom tier but she is pretty good in an aggro deck because of her 3 health!

If you combine Emerald with colors that have more removal like Steel or Ruby, then it's not needed admittedly. But Emerald doesn't have good challengers like Amethyst and Steal, doesn't have hard removal like Ruby and Sapphire, their only removal is in mother knows best and stampede. If you are playing Emerald with a color that doesn't have much removal like Sapphire or Amber, then I think you'll really be missing some important removal

What do you say about the video that says the game is totally broken right now with Just in Time and Kuzco? Game over if you just quest.

There's ways to fight for the board and beat your opponent that way. Or you can play more early game questers to try and get in underneath Kuzco. Just in Time is incredibly powerful, but you need to have it at the right time for it to be most useful, which doesn't always happen.

Ursula is bad? Elsa Spirit of Winter is bad? 4 drop Jaffar is best in colour? I respect your effort but you've come to very different conclusions than I. Have your rankings changed over the past weeks?

For 1v1 formats, I still think Ursula isn't very good. In the very specific Ruby Amethyst deck I think Elsa Spirit of Winter isn't as bad as I previously thought, but I think she doesn't solve the problems that deck already has so I don't think she's great. 4 Drop Jafar is still very good. He doesn't seem very splashy but he almost always goes 1 for 2 or even 3, i recommend trying him out yourself

@irlcards I'll give that Jafar a try. I honestly had overlooked him. Ursula is the absolute jam for me. Etb of draw a card and remove a lore on a huge butt and quest for 3 is an excellent fail case, but you're right it's multiplayer where she's really going to shine. Drawing 3 cards, setting the table back slightly on lore. Wowza. Elsa Spirit of Winter is a straight-up bomb imo. Sure, ruby rush characters make the most by eating the frozen opoonents stuff but the fail case is the enemy doesn't get to quest next turn.

There is no side board in the game referring to cards as side board is making people think there is!

There is, to my knowledge, no confirmation either way if there is sideboards or not. As we have not gotten any official tournament rules ie. How long rounds are, how many games in a match, etc. We don't know if there is a sideboard or not. We are just assuming there will be since most games have a sideboard and there are certain cards in Lorcana that seem only playable if there is a sideboard

pretty sure Ryan said somewhere no sideboards that I saw to be honest why I assume there won't be I'd rather there was but positive I saw him say no sideboards

All the captain hooks are really really good, except the Ruby one unfortunately. It just doesn't do what you need it to do for so much ink and being uninkable itself.
