Sometimes managers can make decisions that deviate from philosophy of the team. SD has to make sure that couch decisions still align with strategy agreed with top management

The tone of communication towards it counts between a coach and a players. The tone it should motivate players when they're nervous. If you've seen pirates behind the scene how a coach communicate it makes players calm and believe. Sundowns coach was intimidating in change rooms.
