I admit that despite the fact that the DCAU films are not my favorite, there is a great degree of brilliance in how they executed Darkseid’s takeover of Earth. First, he uses Cyborg as a spy, using the Apocaliptan technology that’s been grafted on to Victor’s body to see through his eyes and learn about the League’s plan to attack Apocalypse. Then he uses a hybrid of Doomsday and Parademons to annihilate the League without any effort, and rather than just killing them, he turns Batman into his top strategist and military general, Cyborg into his personal mainframe and thereby enhancing his capabilities, grafts Kryptonite into Superman’s bloodstream and as an insult to injury brands a Kryptonite House of El symbol on to Clark’s chest, almost as if it’s a way of making fun of Superman’s foolish efforts to inspire hope through symbolism and heroics. And finally, he turns the League members and Teen Titans members he killed into his personal soldiers after enhancing them with Apocalyptan technology the same way he did to Hank Henshaw. I definitely underestimated Darkseid’s thoroughness to not only kill his enemies, but also to make them useful for his efforts in controlling the universe. It shows that despite his desires to use the Anti-Life Equation to control the universe, he already has the capability to control the universe simply by using the technology that he has to turn those he slaughters or captures into loyal Parademons/ParaDooms or into Apocalyptic soldiers. Which makes me wonder, why does he even need the Equation when he can just use his military superiority to get what he wants.

I mean, we all know that Damian is raised by Assassin but never once until at some point that Damian think LoA (League of Assassin) was bad guy and what they did was torture, Damian agree with them in fact. He doesn't feel sadness or hurt feelings. Bruce meanwhile raised differently and while it is lighter and kinder but that what makes it much crueler, because Bruce knew kindness, he knew love of mother and father, then all of them taken away brutally and he can't do anything to stop it. Cruelty is when you have so many thing you love but they suddenly taken away and you can't do a thing to stop it. Truthfully you can't compare which childhood is crueler since both of them has different nurture but if we put it from 3rd person view, Batman has it darker than Damian since Batman knew love, Damian meanwhile is not Sorry for the bad grammar by the way

Darkseid seems to be one of the only villains that recognizes Batman's capabilities. Most others in this scenario would've just killed him off, like how could a regular unpowered human be of any use? It's also strange how Batman was the only one that's body was left unharmed as well, it makes me wonder what future plans Darkseid had for him. Perhaps he had potential for something?
