OMG! I never knew this existed on here!!! My parents played an intricate part in the history of this ministry! Janice Jones (mother) choir director and lead testify on previous album, Bobby Jones (father), Me- the little kid standing in the middle of the second row and actually played drums on this album.

Thanks much. What previous album are you referencing?

Gospel Nostalgia- The Album is Sounds Of Deliverance in “A New Live”. The song is “Testify” where She wrote, direct, and sung lead vocals. She’s was the choir directress, and Bobby Jones was one of the ministers at the church that housed “The Sounds Of Deliverance”. He was also the choir president and also played bongos, I guess that’s where I got my rhythm from. Lol When Kenneth Ward joined, that’s when we started recording. Kenny had a bigger vision and was a GREAT musician, and knew the people it would take to get us (church) there. The recordings don’t hold a candle stick to the services we’ve had from week to week!!

Oh ok. I have already posted from that album. Vanessa Gaines referenced an album called "Exodus 86" that I do not have.

Gospel Nostalgia - yes, OMG! We did that with our church in South Africa, my friend Anthony Hindricks wrote a song I sang on that album (Keep the Dream Alive). My sister has my album of that!

Is there any way you all would be willing to send me the album so that I can archive it? I will send it right back. I have done this for many an artist.

I haven't heard this song in a long time, the first time I heard was about 3 or 4 years but it was a different version

This is the original. There is another version on Michael Scott and The Outreach Choir's 1996 "Lord, Let Me Hear From Heaven" project. Perhaps that is the version you are referring to.
