How do you use this decrees

You first need to learn and practice giving the decree, as it can be given at a moderately fast pace in the video. You can pause the video at the end of the beginning invocation, and call for the protection of people, places, countries or the World. Then while giving the decree you visualize these people or places (and yourself) surrounded by the blue flame of protection. It is with practice! This video is at intermediate pace. Start with the video "Lord Michael Decree At Beginner Pace" until you get the hang of it and memorize the words. That won't take long. Doing the decrees faster gives more power, and a greater return of Light when you finish.
