rulenumber1 not really no but you learn to handle it better, plus if I'm really honest medication helps a lot i used to take it every day but now i just take it when i know I've got day where I'm gonna have to be in a busy place. Aleem looks like he's defiantly suffering with social anxiety, not uncommon at all and easily treatable. hope he gets it sorted cause the feeling is really shit

Your just anxious because you are alone. You usually vlog with other friends which would make anyone 10X more confident, when they are around friends doing stuff. Bro don't worry, it's just social anxiety. I think young men are prone to these things cos of pressures. most times the panic can be down to your breathing. Try and remember to breathe in from the bottom of your stomach, not your chest, cos that makes you panic. Also it always helps to be with friends/family just to lighten things up. Also remember to be conscious of your thoughts, none of the things you're worrying about will happen! It's good to just focus on a game on ur phone, maybe whistle a tune or remember a quote or something to boost your confidence. Trust me it works. Sometimes sticking it out can give you so much confidence for future. Well done for speaking about it!

I have suffered with anxiety for 20 years.Your car is your safe spot.Please address it as it can get to the point where you will not be able to leave the house.I have tried all sorts of prescription drugs from the doctor cbt classes had many phycologist's and do you want to know the only thing that helped me.Myself ! do not let anxiety run you,you are the boss, not your anxiety.I really do understand your issues and how it can ruin your life.
