Problem is ki colleges skills sikhate hi nhi. Khud hi sab kuch krna padhta hai. Core branches mei toh skills se bhi kuch nhi hota. Woh freshers ko hire krne mei interested nhi hote.

Being from management quota is not a bad thing according to me as it might be second chance to some people who were not able to perform in the entrance exams due to any reason. I have seen some exceptionally skilled coders in my college who got in through management quota and were received better placements than other students. Any kind of reservation is bad.if there exists caste based reservation there is nothing wrong in having management quotam

most concepts is related to UG Finance like bcom, bba ,Bsc FIN just learn some basic stats and probability idk you were taught them or not in UG just focus on basic ug concepts and learn financial modelling (i would suggest you to learn from KZbin for free)
