Despite the ongoing work the devs have been putting in the game since its launch they're dedicated enough to create events. This is a sign the game won't die and it's here to stay and will leave a mark in the soul series 👍🏻

I dont think this game has much staying power. Ng+ is not worth doing. Now that theyve only taken out a few vestiges, its a lot more forgiving, but trying to complete any other ending aside from radiant on ng+ with only 1 vestige is garbage. I tried. Want to do an npcs quest? Get ready to run for 30 mins just to aquire their item and then run it all the way back to them. What kept the souls games relevant was the pvp. The pvp in this game is broken. Youre either absolutely destroyed by some broken weapon or spell, or you absolutely destroy the invader. There are no battles. No skill. Just luminous light if they have a shield, due to its proccing absurdly fast and melting them, the hushed saints spear or exploding bolts. At lvl 155, I can 1 shot casters with a buffed ravenger grand sword and 2 shot anyone else. If they balance the pvp, I believe it'll stick around longer but only in the early game. No one is going to be in ng+ just to get 1 shot and have no vestiges to easily return.

When you guys start mentioning "balance" I know it's gonna be a disaster because everyone has his issues and lack of knowledge in a souls game... If you understand completely the game you'll agree with me that, in the current state, the pvp is bad because of the internet connection. I had to block cross-play and I still get bad connections... Besides that the game is in a better state than it was when released. I believe the game is going to be better in performance. About the builds, players should first get all items and spells and after that only the sky is the limit... A souls game is always a hellish game...

FYI: to see the last pumpkin to make the boss spawn, you need the full set of the Hushed saint to be on, i had only the chest and boots but could not spawn the boss after the gloves i could :) great vid, thanks.

the pumpkin head also increases item drop rate by 0.3 same as umbral eye that byron gives you after he brings winterberry to skybridge

I managed to get the pumpkin head finally... I had to do the entire snowy area, which took me all day, but I screwed up Byron's quest so he murderized Winterberry before I found her. Oh well, there's always NG+.

I personally think the game is awesome has so many good things going for it of course there will be things people don't like and that's ok I mean ive hated the magic system in Fromsoftware games forever but I still like the Soulsborne games and think they are great mostly. I can understand why some people don't want to give their time to something they don't get instant satisfaction from as well. I just don't get some of the critiques like they reused a boss as a regular mob as if Fromsoftware hasnt done this for years heck they reuse bosses from old games as mini bosses/mobs I mean have people played elden ring.

He does NOT drop the umbral eye that the regular Red reaper drops. I haven't killed a red reaper on this char yet, and did not get it when I killed this boss. Remember to pack some healing stones along and slot them on your belt as healing the normal way is not available in this fight. Great guide..thanks!

Thank you! Just in time for this! I’m playing coop and it’s been a blast, I truly have enjoyed every second and every surprise on this game, it deserves way more praise! But I guess since the devs are so nice and listen, losers will always talk sh*t and have lame complains. Sure the game’s not perfect, but it doesn’t deserve the bad press. It's the eye of Marco that makes the red aura. You have to defeat the red death in ombral to get it.

The Red flames are a Eye for the lamp. When you kill the Red Reaper than U get an Eye for the Lamp with the Effekt that all umbrall Mobs bin scard from you and will not Attack you. (And also habe the the Effekt that your Head glows Red) And this Helmer ist Just a normal Helmet.( But Not with the Red glow )

Make a new character, orian preacher, get a friend to drop trade you pietas sword and get your own so you can dual wield them, get the holy weapon buff from the main guy at the hub, keep an eye out for items that boost holy damage, I beat the game in 9 hours just deleting everything with smite procs like this

Easyest kill you can do is get corrupted banner javelin and and enhanced banner javelin of protection. throw down a few corrupted ones and just dance around :P use the protection one for healing when needed. 😉
