bosses in this game are horseshit. They dominate you until you learn some little "trick" to killing them and then they are ridiculously easy. And beating a big boss then immediately getting stuck on another boss before you can even enjoy the game again is one of the worst design decisions ive ever fucking seen in a game.

I'm playing in New Game+1 and it's just not working for me. I don’t understand this game at all. I dodge exactly the same way you do, but I still take damage. I’ve dodged 4-6 times in a row, and it still doesn’t help. Spamming doesn’t work either, since the player would just dodge roll.

yeah... but... try this boss in NG+ with all actal nerf... With that weapon and those spells you wouldn't beat him in 10 minutes. You would need more. I'm not kidding, I've done multiple runs in NG+ and beyond and after Dervla every boss is too unbalanced.

Well its easy when he never attacks like with you i guess. Amazing how every vid of every boss,you all get this docile version. And i get hyper non stop aggression. He does that sonic boom move 3 times straight sometimes and im dead instantly. Game is absolute b u l l shit

What game build is this? Because the life bar looks small compared to mine... Also, I'm lvl 297 and consistently do 2870 per swing using Judge Clerics Broken blade and it takes a TINY dent out of his health.. Also, my inferno is 68 and Radiance is 70...

if you just started the game you will encounter him later again, so no worries if he dissappears a few times during the game. At some point you won't be able to progress unless you beat him

@@SoulsborneKnights77 did they change the mostly monotoned bosses that suddenly hit you with aoe attacks that take a big chunk of your health? and the many areas where they didnt know what to put so they randomly shuffled old bosses and then put 2-3 of each in all of them? if not, no thanks. it's a decent game, dont get me wrong, but it's riddled with imperfections to an extent that i couldnt ignore no matter how i tried

@MoadTomi they add a Boss to obtain the Paladin Kit when before it was a questline !!! That is an improvement !!! Bosses have been balanced which is a redemption !!! About the AzoE they have made boundaries of the damage input it cause which is very very satisfying !!! They balanced the Weapons damages perfectly !!! Like I said it feel like a whole different game !!! Give it a try and find ouit

Why would u call it cheese? Cheese is something totaly different, he just shows u the correct timing and direction to dodge. You can also chain parry the boss by standing infront of him and parry both jump attacks when u get the timing down. This is skill based. Cheese is like freezing the boss, make him stuck in the wall, call NPC or friend for help and then jsut spamm range attacks etc.
