I think with the weapon skills on weapons we’ll probably be looking at bow charge plus only added to a bow, or sonorous only on your horn. I think attack, crit boost crit eye etc will be on armours.

We probably get Frontier decos: decos with multiple skills on them. That would make the most sense (Also, watching that cb gameplay makes my stomach burn... why is he not charging the shield and only using weak attacks ontop of wasting every opportunity to do damage?! :/ )

I guess I am really boring, but I would hope to see the removal of things like crit boost and weakness exploit. Would make variation much more enjoyable, since the game would not be balanced around it.

I don't think the old games were centered around it that much. Maybe if you were going for only dps, but I didn't really use them. However I don't think we have the same perspective so if you could elaborate that would be nice

@@super64xd_ I just felt that using weakness exploit was far superior then many other skills. You do more damage, break more parts, therefore more staggers and quicker hunts. Many developers look at this and usually balance around what most people play, making other skills even less useful. I just hope that variation will be good in the game and that dependence on crit perks are much less.

People keep talking about 60fps but is it WITH or WITHOUT frame generation? 60 FPS isn't going to matter much if the game feels like ass to play. Frame gen only really works properly when you already have 60FPS to work with, otherwise it feels really laggy. That's been kind of the main stickling point when talking about the PC requirements. Its not that the specs are incredibly high to run the game its that on top of the recommendation it requires frame generation to reach 60. I feel like this point is being ignored....

genuinely dont understand why people arent talking more about this when the gameplay highly relies on timing your inputs and reactions lol with the time they have im hoping they manage to pull off some wizardry and make it somehow reach good frame rates without having to compromise elsewhere, especially since its expected to run like that on lowest settings even with frame gen

PS5 doesn't have frame generation, that's what all the demos ran on. some content creators got to see it run on PC at Gamescom in a behind-closed-doors showcase, they said it was running much better than PS5 at that time. I think Maximillian Dood confirmed that back in June (?) i think it was

No, you can't. Camp settlements allow up to 16 players roaming around, but out in the field, the maps are a 4-player instance (only the party you're hunting with). However, if you return to one of the settlements, you can see the other hunters again.

highly doubt it, they're basically done with the game and they're only going to be working on optimization until the end of February. Very unlikely it gets delayed, they have WAY more time than they had with Dragon's Dogma 2

lol its like world butthey completly f with the combat and focus`d on things no one wanted hahahah straight out 2 weapons dont even work with elemental builds as their is 8 elements so as a duel blades elemtal user i am forced back to town after every hunt the one thing that would be kinda cool in seemlessnes but i wont be able to enjoy it lol

They’re introducing mobile camps, switching gear for elemental weaknesses has literally never been easier. There wont be a base camp for you to go back to, let alone a town. You’ll be able to do it wherever you want.

I have only seen minor complaints about focus mode and seikrets, and besides that everyone is super excited about every change and improvement they are making. And I don’t know where you’re getting the idea that dual blades won’t be an effective elemental weapon anymore

@@Ashamran i didnt say not effective as a weapon as i pointed out people have the abillity to carry to weapons and a reason for this when asked by the devs was so people dont need to return to base and switch weapons how ever ther eis 8 elements so if i encounter any monstr that required a diffrent element then i have i am forced to return to town on most hunts! its very simple math problem!
